Source: The obituary is from a collection by Fauniel Hershberger, saved the 1950's, 60's and 70's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana.  The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.

Mrs. Minnie Alice Holland, age 74, died at 12:50 a. m. Thursday, Feb. 8, at the Margenette Nursing Home in Danville, where she had been a patient since Dec. 4. She had resided most of the life in the Cates community and had worked for many years doing housework in people's home until failing health in 1954. The past few years she had been residing with a sister, Mrs. Lola Keller, near Catlin, Ill. Mrs. Holland was born Oct. 10, 1887, near Silverwood in Fountain County, a daughter of Noah and Mary E. Hibbs Witsman. She was married in 1909 to Curtis J. Holland. He died on Nov. 29, 1936. Mrs. Holland was a member of the Catlin Church of Christ and the Fulton Royal Neighbors Camp at Cates. Survivors include a stepson, Herschel Holland of Mansfield, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Keller and Mrs. Maude Crowder of Veedersburg Rt. 2; and a brother, Caleb of Catlin Rt. 1. She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister. Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 10, at 3 o'clock at the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home. The Rev. Dennis Fulton officiated. Burial was in the Harveysburg Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Lyle Keller, Evan Taylor, Keith Yazel, Ora Crowder, Chancey Crowder, and Amos Crowder.  --typed by Walt W
